Gentle Hatha Yoga:
Gentle postures, deep breathing and calming your mind help you
relax and increase flexibility, balance, stamina and balance. Class
ends with a guided relaxation.
Please bring water, a towel, blanket and a mat if you have one.

Especially geared to the beginner. If you have trouble getting to the floor, you can
participate in a chair. There are wall-mounted bars to help you balance while
standing in order to stay safe if you are a little wobbly on your feet.
