a personal fitness training appointment. Because it
's a small group, you are
exercising with
women who understand what you are experiencing and can
support you!

prior to the 8-week program ... your first time through.

You can even have some fun while here! We believe in laughing and having
fun. We create a friendly and non-judgmental atmosphere. All of this helps
you want to keep coming back and doing things that are good for you!

FITNESS FOR YOU small group program includes:
  • Variety of exercises that keep you from being bored and week-by-week
    help you achieve your goals - whether it be increased endurance, fat
    loss, flexibility, strength, improved balance  . . .
  • Suggestions on realistic fun fitness activities for the rest of your week
  • Ways to help you stay motivated
  • Learning natural ways to get faster results
  • Enjoy the comraderie

REGISTER SOON - Group is limited to 5! Cost of 8 weeks is $118.

$75 down, $43 due at Assessment. Returning Students pay $88 total.

Our average age is about 65, though ages here have ranged from 19 - 85 yrs.
